- Please join PHCA/CALM for an informational webinar on the long awaited final-form Assisted Living Residence (ALR) regulations, published in the July 17, 2010, edition of the Pennsylvania Bulletin. These regulations outline all of the new requirements that providers must meet if they wish to become licensed as an ALR. This webinar will be presented by Kimber Latsha with Latsha Davis Yohe & McKenna, P.C. Kimber is an attorney who has extensive experience in representing long term care, assisted living, and continuing care providers. Mr. Latsha is a past Vice Chair of the AHLA Practice Group on LTC. He also served on the Board of Directors of the Pennsylvania Society of Health Care Attorneys and is the current Chair of AAHSA’s Legal Committee. He has served in the past on PHCA’s Legal Committee and previously has represented PHCA on several matters.
