Say hello to PHCA.
As one of the oldest states in the country with the fastest growing population of those over the age of 85, Pennsylvania relies on its long-term care providers to keep tens of thousands of our seniors and others safe every single day. And those residents, as well as their families and loved ones, deserve the highest quality care.
At the Pennsylvania Health Care Association (PHCA), we are proud of our reputation as the commonwealth’s leading advocacy association, representing Pennsylvania’s most vulnerable residents and their providers of care.
Our mission is simple: to elevate, educate and advocate on behalf of the commonwealth's most vulnerable, their caregivers and their providers of long-term care in sustaining a robust quality long-term care continuum in Pennsylvania.
Our Providers
Nursing Home
Nursing homes, or skilled nursing facilities, provide residents a wide range of services including 24/7 around-the-clock care to complex health care needs.
Assisted Living Community
Assisted living communities offer residents a higher need of assistance with daily care than that in a personal care home.
Personal Care Home
Personal care homes provide residents with assistance with medications and activities of daily living (like bathing or dressing) but do not need 24/7 nursing or medical care.
We're in your corner.
PHCA is dedicated to advancing and elevating the work of our members and are deeply vested in their long-term success. We leverage our unmatched depth of industry knowledge to help our members thrive in an ever-evolving health care landscape.
