PHCA’s Annual Pennsylvania Department of Health’s Survey Dashboard

The Pennsylvania Health Care Association (PHCA) has developed an Annual dashboard to help provide annual reviews of Pennsylvania state survey information from publicly available data. This presentation will help attendees review survey information to assist nursing facilities in improving resident care, staff development, high risk situations, and facilityoperations. The speakers will walk through the utilization, methodology used in development, and ensure understanding.
