A Powerful Voice

PHCA and its members advocate at our state Capitol in Harrisburg, on Capitol Hill in Washington D.C. and everywhere in-between to raise the profile of issues that affect long-term care providers and the care they provide to tens of thousands of Pennsylvanians.

Quality-First Focus

We’re committed to a resident-centered focus that advances quality and improves clinical outcomes, enhancing the ability of our members to demonstrate their value through recognized quality outcomes. Workforce Partnerships

Recruitment and retention of direct care workers is one of the most pressing challenges facing nursing home, assisted living and personal care home providers across the country. We created the first statewide long-term care workforce committee, and we’ll utilize the strategies and ideas from this collaborative work group to help you find dedicated caregivers.

Preferred Business Partners and Services

In addition to long-term care providers, our membership includes business partners who specialize in and cater to serving long-term care providers just like you. Our partners demonstrate leadership in servicing the long-term care provider community and offer exclusive saves for our members when utilizing their products and services.
