HARRISBURG, Pa (Sept. 24, 2024) – The Pennsylvania Health Care Association (PHCA) celebrates four remarkable caregivers who go above and beyond their daily duties to care for their residents and support their team members. During the association’s annual convention, PHCA announced and presented these caregivers with Stories of Caring Awards.

PHCA’s Stories of Caring honorees were nominated by their peers who shared compelling stories of the differences the honorees are making in their communities. This year’s recipients are from long-term care communities across the state, representing caregivers working in nursing homes, assisted living communities and personal care homes.

This year’s honorees include the following caregivers. Watch their video stories to learn more about the differences they are making in their communities.
